Company Culture

A supervisor threw a chair at an employee

Support from management

That’s where all the problems start. The employees are absolutely fantastic. I’m still close to several people I met while working there.

Freedom to work independently

They claim it, but daily reports are due, weekly check-ins for the previous 4 days, monthly face-to-face meetings and then the managers will only tell you everything you did wrong

As long as you talk behind everyone’s back, you’d fit in

You will not have a life. The 5 most powerful people in the company do not have children

Company Culture

Every one talks about everyone. More drama then a high school all girl cheerleading team

Support from management

You have to manage yourself, but if you are successful you have to contact management or you’ll lose your job

Teamwork

They could double there profits if they collaborated, instead of each person thinking they are the best at everything

Freedom to work independently

Daily schedules must be sent to the VP the beginning of each week

Internal Communication

No one, in a high power position, will never listen to you. The person next to my office would call me b/c she’s so lazy

Work-Life Balance

Work, work, work. The pres an VP don’t have children and will give no empathy if you need to be with your children.

Inclusive / Diverse

As long as you are not American they will hire you. Or you can be an American as long as you’re a douche, you can get hired

Suggestions for improvement

  • Stop the crazy spending. A sales guy wanted to race my personal car, so he rented (on the company credit card) a sports car. The worst part, I still beat him. But I get laid off b/c the company lost their #1 client

  • The company needs to hire a new manager who is able to work with people who do not always agree with them.
