i was with company for 10 years combined. no clear path or support for advancement. company is all about "numbers" and not people. only got 3 days off for when my daughter was born. lack of communication from upper upper management. less help available during peak times. ask to much of employees. used to have enough help to accomplish tasks and service customers. more worried about labor dollars than customer service.
Suggestions for improvement
- write better schedules. provide help for customers and trucks. have an actual training program in place for employees.
