I don't like the fact how they play favorites.

I do not like the fact that they play favorites.
The store managers are always looking to save a dollar because it affects their bonus. No matter what it is. Remember it was very easy to walk away after 18 years.
There are no diverse persons, in upper management roles.
Suggestions for improvement
- Invest in your people and not your bonus, have more staff available on peak hours, especially cashiers. Stop penny pinching. Invest money into the run down stores. Make sure the staff has a safe work environment. And above else give your employees some recognition.
