Suggestions for improvement
- Obviously a serious way to cut cost would be to reduce dependence on the expensive NY office, instead of continually adding staff there and cutting back in more affordable locations like Pittsburgh. The culture has become bifurcated - if you work in the NY office you have a good career potential, if you do not you are unimportant and expendable.
I like about the employer
Historically was a wonderful company to work for, and still has a good reputation in the marketplace as being a top notch company, even though it has been in decline since the turn of the millennium.
