- Increase treatment plan collaboration btw clinical and technical support team. Strengthen career development/ job placement support upon discharge. Monitor and train management to support staff. Train staff upon entry of employment. Increase pay, including offer paid days off, holiday pay, overtime. Offer self care & wellness opportunities to staff.
