Managers are kind and helpful. They thrive on making it a good work environment for everyone which means terminating employees who aren't being nice to their fellow coworkers and addressing complaints as soon as they're brought up. Most of the employees are kind but easily frustrated with new workers who are still trying to get the hang of things. I assumed it was because everyone had their own specific rate they had to reach everyday so with new comers coming in and asking questions it made it hard for them to reach that goal.
Support from Management
Management addresses any complaints and will terminate anyone causing a hostile environment for their coworkers. They clearly say you must hit a certain pick rate per hour depending on which department you're in. I was in the cooler/freezer and my goal rate was 275 per hour. But you must reach that goal within 3 months or they terminate you. But they also give you a lot of training if you are having trouble catching up.
