Lack of knowledge from management about overall business.
Results were communicated weekly due to employees keeping close track and communicated to management. Employees have to obtain necessary information to achieve success. Appropriate time was not alloted to be successful with out being burnt out by doing so.
Only women work there.??
Company very limited on any additional training. Management again not qualified to train and very rare outside education. Again you may be told something different in the beginning.
