Suggestions for improvement
- Most of the movers and operations folks were great to work with. If you are new to the industry..hang it up on training you can understand. I was sent to another state for a weeks worth of training, but each office does things their own way. The office in Minnesota really worked as a team I was really impressed.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed working there until the general mgr was terminated. then it changed entirely. Someone who did not know how to manage came from CA a week at a time to help run the office. She had no idea about managing an office. Now there is a new guy that folks really like! I am glad to hear that.
What I dislike about the company
No team work. One employee who had been there several years who had to train people would call on EVERYONE she could. They gave her the territory she requested and then she still continued calling on my prospects. One of the front desk folks who is great is well aware of the issues. I found it very unprofessional and taking advantage of people she worked with.
