Suggestions for improvement
- cut the high dollar overhead non production personnel that makes the company top heavy in both jobs and overtime and hand out raises every year, better benefits packages to the ones who make the money on the shop floor for the company to survive. they would be money ahead and moral would be lifted in work environment
What I dislike about the company
you have to be there 20 years to get anymore than 2 weeks paid vacation, the worst vacation package I have ever seen. Very small raises every 5 years or longer, no input or options on what kind or type of insurance we get. Outside HR company, is another expense that is used to weed through the help and adds to the overhead. While office personnel making big money on the hour are pumping in 10 hours plus a week in overtime on top of that in a slow period, the shop floor help gets work hours cut, makes no sense at all.
