The culture is to bilk the customer as much as possible and strip mine them until they stop paying and fire the company. They pressure engineers to sell equipment to customer that’s not needed. They don’t look out for what’s best for the customer just how much they can bill them for.
Support from Management
There is no support. You are totally thrown to the wolves. I can't tell you how many times I reached out to my manager for help in making critical decisions and got off the phone more confused and frustrated than before I called.
