Nepotism, racism, and sexism are rampant here.
Support from management
Non existent. All of the managers need to be trained and should be required to have post secondary education in related field.
The culture is a very selfish, dog eat dog, crabs in a barrel. You will not be promoted unless it benefits the leaders directly above you in some way.
Freedom to work independently
Constantly micromanaged even if you are a high sales performer. This is again because of the weak leadetship and lack of training.
Leaders are not trained to manage people only numbers. This means they curse at you, degrade you, and belittle you constantly if you do not perform highly.
Sexism is rampant here, beware. If you're a woman and not putting out you probably will not be promoted.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Tenure does not matter here nor does age. Everyone is treated poorly.
There isn't any unless you beg tirelessly.
Overall compensation for your work
Underpaid and unappreciated constantlay. Comp plans changes constantly, you can never budget even as a high performer.
Office / Work Environment
Needs remodeling. Technology needs to be upgraded.
Managers are quick tempered and often unapproachable .
Long hours, impossible if you have kids or other obligations. The threat of tetmination is constant if you do not comply. Vacation hours revoked at any time even if it was already approved.
The worst because they do not value employees only numbers.
There isn't any.
Anyone can tailgate behind another person entering.
Mudane once you learn the process.

What I like about the company
The commission used to be higher than most in the industry.
What I dislike about the company
The management, the lack of appreciation, minimal opportunities for career growth and constant changes to pay structure. The computets and phone systems crashed constantly.
