Support from management

To much internal drama at the top. All the leaders tended to constantly be looking for ways to push each other out of the company or plotting ways to cut others out of things for their own personal gain. No question ever answered the same way for employees and they are seemingly not prepared to handle the amount of responsibility they have based on the rapid growth of the company

Teamwork

All you have is each other in the field. Nobody else will stand behind you when it comes down to it. Crews and support staff look out for each other and work well together for the most part and make the best of the situations they are put in

Overall compensation for your work

No direct deposit and many times expenses, bonuses, and other incentives are reduced at discretion of corporate and paid when most convenient rather than on scheduled times. No consistency on those items but pay is slightly higher than most of the competition.

Company Image

Lots of frustrations among staff and clients often feel like they are just a number to corporate and concerns are often lost in the shuffle because all decisions and responses to concerns must come from corporate staff. There have been many very popular and well connected team members part ways with the company and clients work with the employees they trust and respect and will often stop working with the company because of the way the separations are handled. Loyalty to the people that helped build the company is lost on management and will cut ties with any employee if it protects themselves regardless of skill level or contribution to the company's success.

Job Security

Always short staffed and the employees end up paying the price for it. Single minded approach to managing operations and field staff and try to run a service in major cities like they are small towns and the approach rarely is effective.

Handicapped Accessibility

Never seen a disabled employee with the company. The industry would make this close to impossible and management would view this as more of a liability to their operation

Workplace Safety

Employees are often forced to work multiple shifts in a row. Multiple times witnessed crew members having worker 48 plus straight hours on shift in order to make money to live on and keep managers happy.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Listen to the staff in the field and the clients. Give them autonomy needed to be successful rather than doing what is best to cover personal interests of corporate management trying to hide skeletons in their closet and pushing others out to gain a bigger piece of the glory

What I like about the company

They started the company with good intentions and have plenty of top of the line technology and equipment

What I dislike about the company

Short staffed and unable to meet demands of employees and clients far too often. Corporate management has too many personal conflicts to maintain a successful business long term and ensure that the people who build their success are taken care of for continued growth and success
