What I like

There is a really good training program for new hires that takes you into your first year of employment. Management is good about giving status reports to underlings.

What I dislike

There is not much accommodation given to those with disabilities.

The company is great. The role I filled required a significant amount of training and education but none was provided

What I like

All of the people I worked with were great and very welcoming

What I dislike

The role I filled required a lot of training and education for a person with no prior experience. However, no education was ever provided. The environment was very “teach yourself and ask questions when you don’t know”. But it’s difficult to know what questions to ask when you’ve never done the job before

Suggestions for improvement

Offer employees free food and snacks instead of making them pay. Or at the very least, provide the snacks at a heavy discount

Communication (lack there of), do not make people feel welcome. Obvious that older personnel are not well thought of.

Communication between staff, team and leadership for contractors needs to be paid attention to.

It does not provide opportunity to move up for non-white people. Only 10% non-white people are in management but it does have diverse people in non-management
