Suggestions for improvement
- Start basing promotions and opportunities on personal relationships and stop treating employees poorly just because you know the job market makes it less likely they'll find something elsewhere. Just try being decent human beings. That would be a refreshing change.
What I like about the company
If you have a good supervisor and cohesive work group, can be pleasant and stable employment. If you don't, good luck.
What I dislike about the company
Favoritism runs rampant. Unqualified people are promoted because they ingratiate themselves to upper management and less qualified employees are passed over or terminated because it's an At Will employment state. For years now they've taken advantage of a poor job market to treat employees as though they're disposable, causing even long-term employees to fear for their jobs.
