Suggestions for improvement
- Do what you say you will do; don't ask for feedback or allow employees to go to a supervisor with an issue and then don't help them through the problem because management is in the wrong. Yes, management does mess up and they need to be addressed as well!!!!!
What I like about the company
The employees on the save level (non-management) were very friendly and fun to work with; they always helped when they were available.
What I dislike about the company
If you have an issue, they ask you to address it, but then unless you are management or higher, it won't get resolved. People below management are looked down upon and treated as such. They are not flexible at all with work and family for a working parent.
