Micro manage on some things.
Employees can only help your company grow if they know the direction you are going and have some input.
Men are paid more per hour then women.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Managers are battling each other, because each one thinks their way of doing things is better then the next.
They do not train you to move up, because there is no moving up.

Management frowns on doing to much research.

Not allowed to have fun and personal items are considered a distraction.
Management frowns on people being happy.
This company wants you to work non stop and breaks to deal with a family or personal issue is frowned upon.
Ther is not one.
They fired an employee because she was to happy. The use the At Will policy far too often.
No fire drills, no escape plan, no posters on what to do in case of an emergency.
Call, call, call. there is no challenge.

You need to explain what this is to them.
Suggestions for improvement
- Do not force people to work from the minute they walk through the door til the moment they leave. Free time without having to clock out everytime a person goes to the bathroom.
