If you're in a wheelchair or have difficulty with stairs, the only way to get from the manufacturing area to the main office area is by going outside and driving around to the main entrance.

Overall compensation for your work

Everyone's pay was cut in late 2016, and no raises have been given since then. The only way to get more money is to get promoted. So, VPs tend to give "title bumps" to people they like.

Job Security

If you work on the manufacturing side, and you're a good worker, you're probably okay. Everyone on the scholarly side of the business is in danger of having their position eliminated.

What I like

My coworkers are wonderful people I enjoy working with, I feel like my department is truly a team working together.

What I dislike

I feel like the company could compensate employees better. Instead of giving raises they create new positions to give people more pay. There will be no merit based raises until sales improve so why should anyone work harder currently?

Suggestions for improvement

Maintain the facilities better and offer merit based raises so you can keep employees instead of constantly having to train new ones.
