Support from management
Asked for a possible raise in salary (still below national average for position) due to family issues. Was forced to leave the company 2 weeks later. Management chose not to care.
No where to go in company, not even raises in salary.
Forced to resign for requesting a raise...zero job security.
Suggestions for improvement
- If employees request a potential raise that is still below National Average for position. Ask why they are requesting a raise, it could be something very important.
What I like about the company
Beautiful building, nice offices, flex hours helpful for schedules.
What I dislike about the company
Fickle employee relations to management. Absolutely zero job security.
