Suggestions for improvement
- I would first of all make sure that everyone is cross trained in every position in there field. Then I would have location meetings with all staff members to make sure there is no concerns or how it can be ran better instead of having a conference call. I would really listen to the employees who have concerns about the fellow team members and how they are working making sure that if the work is not being done that action will have to be brought to those employees.
What I like about the company
I am able to travel to different location and work with different providers. I teaches me the things they know and what they are looking for so the can help manage the patients symptoms and give them the proper treatment to their knowledge. You will work in slow environment and really fast pace one and that will help you balance out the workflow and help you learn on different levels.
What I dislike about the company
I don't like that everything have to be communicated by email. I also do not like that there are people in this company who gets favored and one employee is being stuck with all the work while the others will just sit around and talk all day, so its no team work being used at the workplace. People will get frustrated and bring it to management but nothing gets done about it and the hard working team member will quit. The biggest thing to me though is the communication within the company as a whole if something is changing for good or bad every person in that company should know, so that ideas can be put together to help it run better.
