I was a Senior Leader in the Credit Card / Print Operations Reynoldsburg Location. The lack of leadership was apparent after 3 Directors in less than 3 years!! Rampant Hostile work environment; Age, Race and Gender. I addressed age and sexual discrimination at the HR and Director levels. The perpetrator, Operations Manager, was assigned to mentor front line supervisors and given an outstanding performance review. I resigned with no regrets. Horrible 3 year experience.
Support from management
Horrible. If you are not 30+, male and white there is no support.
Non exempt associates are very hard workers. They are entry level and have few required skills.
Freedom to work independently
The only way I was able to work for 3 years, was by networking and relying on contacts outside of Reynoldsburg. i.e. Easton and San Antonio
Poor. Only inter circle males are kept informed.
Simply look at the Senior Leaders. I was the only female. Horrible environment
Attitude towards older colleagues
Day 4 on the job, I was told, by a Operations Manager, how did you get into the busing without your wheelchair? Director and peers thought this was humorous. HR was engaged with no results. Behavior continued for 3 years. I resigned July 10, 2015

Office / Work Environment
Office was outdated. No access for nearly 2 weeks, no ventilation and last office was in a cold, damp warehouse
Non exempt staff was open and willing to assist.
Horrible. Expected to be on call 24/7. Male Senior Leaders play golf, attend off site activities. More time spent on their personal interest, trucks, cars, deer hunting and etc. Than on business need.
Phoney, make believe with no security or opportunities to advance
Constant reminders that job would be in jeopardy if; Print jobs late, open job reqs, failure to attend outside activities.
Numerous outdated violations for employees with handicap needs.
Leaders are not trained on many safety requirements: active shooter, medical emergencies, evacuations and etc.
Very mundane and repetitive work
Inclusive / Diverse
Reynoldsburg Is not inclusive or diverse. YOU must be 30, white and male. The Director has no respect for females, blacks or anyone over 50
Suggestions for improvement
- Reynoldsburg needs to break up the all male review. These guys grew up there and think they can continue to promote their male cronies. Their success continues.
What I like about the company
Honestly, absolutely Nothing. There's no trust, opportunities, or improvement. I would never recommend this company to even an entry-level candidate
What I dislike about the company
Male dominance, hostile work environment, unrealistic expectations and continued age, sexual and race violations
