Very few members of management commend employees, some go as far as attempts at digging up dirt.
Support from Management
Management often over steps each other and causes mass confusion.
Departments are very much kept separate. "That's not my job" is heard often and rarely corrected.
Level of Autonomy
Very little ownership in general duties.
Constant changes in procedures and reporting. Quarterly meetings cannot be attended by all due to not shutting down.
