As a contractor, I felt totally unsupported in a very sexist environment.
Suggestions for improvement
- When clients abuse your contract employees, provide leadership and opportunities for re-placement when necessary. Keeping dedicated, talented employees on your roster will bring long-term gains, and build your reputation.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed doing the work.
What I dislike about the company
There was no real support for the minimal training I needed because of fierce competition in my workplace; I couldn't even get login information when I needed it. Alliance allowed the client to treat me like dirt, and didn't offer any apologies or options.
