Support from management
Had a supervisor that was later fired for sexual comments. The supervisor that replaced that one was actually amazing. But other leadership at this company is all based on popularity.
The department manager for customer service will not let certain people move up. She wants the employees who actually know what they are doing to not leave the department. She will back stab you into thinking you will get a promotion but then promise it to there people as well.
Overall compensation for your work
Pays less than normal customer service positions. Very stingy with raises, and they don't believe in bonuses.
Office / Work Environment
So much drama at this office. Everyone gets involved in your personal life and will stalk you on social media.
In the customer service department they were making us do mandatory overtime instead of hiring new people. They kept saying they were trying to get new people but it took forever. And then they hired temps that just created more work for the people that were there before.
Suggestions for improvement
- Close the doors.

I liked my coworkers but that's about it

Everything. No seniority, horrible pay, drama, management and no opportunity for growth.
