Suggestions for improvement
- Restructure at the VP level, it seems there are too many people with titles that do not reflect their abilities. Include associate in managerial meetings to gain a better understanding of how their decisions effect the day to day productivity. Recognize numbers don’t predict the future, they should only be used as a guide. Be more proactive with business needs.
What I like about the company
The company offers great benefits and my coworkers are amazing.
What I dislike about the company
Management does not look for guidance form the lower level associate which cause the managerial decisions to negatively impact day to day operations. The constant hiring from outside of the company leads to poor understanding of how the company works. Additionally, Allianz has a reactive disposition rather than proactive. Which can lead to a loss in business.
