- Start evaluating and implementing better ways to screen your hiring choices and selections for people you place in management and at the supervisory levels. Education alone cannot make a great supervisor. It is imperative for them to have people skills. If they do not, then provide training courses for your management team to help them work better with their employees. They should learn to work as a team instead or working their team. No employee likes to feel as though they're being dealt with or tolerated. They constantly feel as if they're at a high risk of losing their jobs. A lost sense of job security can lower morale in the workplace. Set incentives to build a better morale among their employees. Create ways to make the workplace a pleasant environment......make your employees want to come to work.
