Poor communication regarding loss of hours.
Not really applicable as this is private security and the disabled generally can't perform the tasks this job requires.
One of the few areas where the company actually does it's employees right.
The chain of command is a joke. The Project Manager rubber stamps anything his number 2 (site Captain) does. Also, the benefits are HORRIBLE! I had to get a Bronze plan through "Obamacare". This after we were TOD that the benefits would stay the same. With Pinkerton (they lost the contract in 2013) we had Aetna, which was decent.
