So many behind closed door meetings and secrecy of cliques. Hard to develop trust in leadership.
Support from management
Lower level management was confused. Quite literally remember multiple employees not knowing who their leads/management even was for weeks at a time.
Very cliquey. Be in the "cool" crowd, or else.
Freedom to work independently
Highest management ran the place where talented staff executed.
