Suggestions for improvement
- When servant leadership, ethics, employee appreciation, fairness, equality and other organizational sacrifices’ that business make to appease their employees are not met employee morale is low. The company is clearly focused on human capital, they succeed in using people to get the results they desire, but poor leadership has tarnished their reputation.
What I like about the company
Great co-workers. Most are brighter than management.
