Suggestions for improvement
- Hire people (managers) who are capable of doing the job and with proven results. By doing so they would be able to retain more contracts.
I like about the employer
Promoted on job knowledge and tenure, rewarded for job well done in Boston.
I dislike about the employer
I found the Southeast market (Georgia ) to be bias and unappreciative of job knowledge and proven track record of success. Managers put in positions who were incapable of doing the job. Did not hire within as promoted.
