Support from management
There is absolutely no direction here, doesn't pay you the salary legally promised in the offer letters, doesn't give raises after 3-7 years of loyal hard work. Turns employees against one another, verbally, mentally and emotionally abusive , supports extreme retaliation to the employees, manages through fear. Owner has extremely bad conduct in managing conflict situations internally and externally, at the same time the acting fuel to the conflict, turning others against one another. Bullying, unhealthy work environment, alienates and discriminates. Employees don't speaking up in fear of loosing their jobs.
Does not pay salary in your offer letter. Not a healthy work environment. Verbally and emotionally abusive work place. Encourages employee conflict. Does not give raises after 3-7 years of loyal work. Applicant beware.
Suggestions for improvement
- There is too much to list...... it needs to be turned over and start all over again with new management.... Remove the tyrant management that is there now for this location and replace it with a better employer. Put into place direction and a healthy environment of team work, etc. with employee benefits and respect.

What I dislike about the company
It does not offer any of the benefits employees need. It has zero benefits accept for the experience, no work life balance. Management is terrible and descriminatory. Supports and acting player in bullying, alienation, discrimination and encourages employee conflict. Constant employee turn over, has gone through at least 5 + managers for the same position in a small time period. Oh and did I mention hired employee does not receive salary promised in legally signed offer to hire letter. Constant threatening of of termination, even before hiring, lots of red flags of what to look for on an employer you don't want to work for.
