My suggestion would be fire everyone and start all over and actually get people who could respect each other's ethnicity and could actually work as a team with no discrimination and with respect towards each other.
If you want quality work give your employees the time to actually do that quality work and to do their job legally. I also think that the nurses try their best to do what they're able to do with the amount of time they are given
2ne1 with seeking I drop here appearances can be deceiving the office is beautiful but the providers himself are very rude to you and we'll just eat you up and tell you a life into them we are replaceable and instinct they don't give us any credit at all for the hard work that we actually put in and I wish you the best
