Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of Management whom does not respect employees only their pocketbooks. Change the corporate culture. Put in managers who manage and who are not robots.

There is a SVP (Everyone knows who he is) who holds meetings and screams and yells and degrades his employees. He says things like, "If I hear any typing on this call I am going to F%$# lose it and your fired". or calls people out in meetings and if they dont give the EXACT answer to the letter he degrades them savagely in front of others. This is the most sickening thing I have ever experienced. Everyone is scared of this guy because if you talk back he will show you the door. This guy screams at Vendors the same way and it has been told he has treated customers the same way. The sad part is there is a MAJOR section in the employee manual about harassment and THEY IGNORE IT FOR HIM. He has actually gone off on HR personnel before and nothing happens. The only reason he is there is that he brings in money for the company. If a MGR, (like me) or others treated employees that way, they would be out the door before they finished a sentence. If you have any options, tread lightly and check out this before you go to work there. You dont want to be one of the people that gives the wrong answer.
This guy is all about the numbers, to make his numbers each quarter so he can get his juicy bonus.
