Cliques. Managers openly treat their "favorites" differently.

Support from management

None at all.

Teamwork

They implemented a "Buddy system", but the "Buddy" does NOT share information.

Work-Life Balance

No comp time for extra hours one put in.

Suggestions for improvement

  • 1. Management training for those in management 2. Work-life balance; they expect employees to work 60 hours plus per week, while only getting paid for 40 hours. 3. Offer remote day(s)

Work-Life Balance

This is not the company for someone trying to do anything creative on the side or trying to pursue their own side crafts.

What I like about the company

Great Benefits, pays well, supports employees trying to move up within the company.

What I dislike about the company

Does not accommodate a afterwork lifestyle for a New York City Socialite, does not encourage creativity, how it affects the bottom line is the most important factor in any decision.
