Flexibility for family life
My experience with this company has gone back a long time and I have to say that I really like it because I feel like it helps improve everyone who works there and it helps them grow. Also it gives a good pay to make your life better.
Allstate has the best flexible hours. At one of my jobs, I never could enjoy a vacation when I had work. Working with Allstate, I can now call in whenever I want! I get to enjoy vacations even though I'm supposed to have work!
Payment is guaranteed. They also have put in place ways of appreciating employees hardwork and thus make it to be great. I love the company way of compensation and pay plan. It never dissapoints
Made to feel at home and comfortable almost immediately. A great location with great employees. Just a very comfortable atmosphere overall.

Employees don't like

Money, management, fairness,. Hours
they do not open advancement to all employees. we get one review per year with chance of raise and that is it beyond applying for different jobs in another department. minimal advancement opportunity, they encourage to apply for jobs in same band level so no raise.
Management needs more professional training, more options of willing to assist when you have a question, no time between calls, training does not go over actual call types you actually receive.
more team work, less forced to do things/participate in community junk, less Pro-Trump junk,

Suggestions for improvement

Allow us to work from home and maybe more flexible hours. More team building experiences would help morale. Also, upgrading the cafeteria with healthier choices would be wonderful. Better coffee too!

I was like a manager but the money was not that good ... but being a small office I just couldn't be paid what I felt I was worth.
My over all compensation is excellent
Yes it is very fair
Forget it unless you are a favorite. Must give up many hours of your personal time in order to keep your job or any hope for advancement or proper compensation.
Pay was good. Time off was great. Benefits overall good. Out of pocket cost seem to go up each year for health, etc.
