Support from management
Manager was great. Upper management, losy sight of customer service and focus what was important. Customer service. Both internal and external.
I was very lucky to have a unit with a great team and leader. Many people were willing to help. Others were not.
Immediate supervisor was very good at communicating. Sense that upper management had much going on behind the scenes.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No issues from peers on this that I ever witnessed.
Good if you were in either the right people. Others passed up for promotions that we're more qualified.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay was good. Time off was great. Benefits overall good. Out of pocket cost seem to go up each year for health, etc.
Office / Work Environment
Did a lot of external volunteer work and fundraising. Was proud to be a part of that.
Great PTO. Mgr very understanding with personal situations. However, it was difficult to manage work load if you took time off.
High volume. High stress level. Low morale for many people
Inclusive / Diverse
One of the only things I can say that never changed. Very positive.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get back to focusing on the customer and not the numbers. Find a way to keep the good people so the turnover rate goes down. Promote people based on their ability.
What I like about the company
The team I worked with, PTO, manager was great.
What I dislike about the company
Low moral, too many numbers to focus on. High stress level
