Culture was strong at one time. Focus on treating customers well does not pass to treating employees well.
Support from management
Support? Dissaray, lack of communication, a leader that enjoys too much travel. So their is no support.
Hourly employees do assist each other.
Leaders make no effort to communicate with the employees that do the job.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Ally just happened to no longer need several of the employees with over 30 years ago to be replaced by younger poor leaders. Hmmmm.
