Fairness and trust was a issue as it is with regards to delegating work routines because of possible raises and promotions, also job proformance as a common worker. Management had done a decent job seeing that I only had professional relationships with management.
Support from management
Swing shift management is has intelligent crew chiefs with a world of knowledge, also with a very humanistic style of management.
Seniority on the swing shift are there to assist in every way possible, including giving a ride to go get lunch instead of eating ramen that could be bought in the break room.
Freedom to work independently
Everyone has equal parts in the work and I was very glad that we all have work at all times.
Briefings were held in a positive manner and company moral was set in a high quality. Information is settled and distributed equally and at a decent delegated amount.
Common work and management responsibilities are equal and done remarkably well.
They have required certifications that have to be updated. It is a good thing to have this. Personal development through work is always happening.
Overall compensation for your work
They are Union. Always a good thing.
Office / Work Environment
New facility is beautiful and very spacious.
Maybe if I spent more than the time I was there I would have been able to speak of more intellectually stimulating topic for assistance with other common worker needs. They also have counselors capable of these things.
Every situation and conflict regarding schedules and things of this nature are already understood by all employees.
Depending on job proformance, I would have to say. You earn your keep and you reap what you sow.
If they are aware of your 'disability', they will help. It is a requirement by the disability laws of employment. They are always in compliance.
Every requirement is met and within the federal standards of compliance.
The first time you are delegated to a responsibility and it is completed reminded me of why I get paid for the work that I am responsible for. It is a good feeling until the next set of delegated responsibilities are set. The service and common work are always done.
Inclusive / Diverse
Work is completed at specified times on all shifts. That is why that are #1 in the islands. I think diverse ideas and alternative thinking are out of procedure for me but they are examined and critiqued by management. Those type of activity will be heard by management.
