They do try to make it a fun place to work by providing days that you can dress up or down depending on the theme. They also have a free coffee machine and popcorn.
Most of the supervisors are amazing and do well at their jobs. Like any job there is handful that aren't.
Not necessarily. People are constantly on you to make sure you're doing things correctly even after you've been on the production team forever.
No matter who they hire for culture department, this place will always lack.
They don't care what you have outside of work as long as it doesn't interfere with you being their monkey, and if it does they want you to cancel le your life to work, even if it's about your children.
We have never done any type of fire drill or any safety seminars, they really don't care about their employees.
