Suggestions for improvement

  • Only suggestion I have is to make sure the first aid kits are stocked at all times.

What I like about the company

There's room for advancement and growth. They work around school schedules. If there's an employee who has a family emergency, they allow for the employee to go take care of their family member.

What I dislike about the company

There's mandatory overtime. Also, the first aid kits aren't always stocked.

Leadership does set realistic expectations, to a point.

Everyone works well together, however sometimes employees are in a way competing against each other.

We are trusted to work independently. Especially if we have good stats.

Work stations are comfortable.

Work-Life Balance

This company actually does respect work life balance. Families and family emergencies are taken into consideration. Only thing is, there's mandatory overtime.
