  • Regular performance reviews. Bonus or pay raise plans. Less employeevturn over. More team meetings and communication of policy changes to staff.

What I like about the company

I enjoy speaking with people all over the country. The flex hours have allowed me to be available as caretaker for my brother and my kids.

What I dislike about the company

If there were regular reviews of oergormancevand paybraises we wouldn’t see the constant turnover and our clients exoeyirncevwoyld vastly improve. It’s not an position where experience is valued and customer service suffered for it. They don’t take advantage of the vast wealth of experience the WAH force possess.
