The time to complete tickets is limited to the duration of a call, once the customer hangs up another call comes through in seconds and if the ticket is incomplete you could be fired and lose all unemployment benefits for not meeting production standards!
Level of Autonomy
Tier 1 CSRs could be getting back to back calls all day while a tier 2 CSR sitting right next to you is hardly getting any calls all day.
