There seems like there is no opportunity growth. You will find at times some employees slip through the cracks to make way for those that have not been there nearly as long as other employees.Loyalty seems to be not a factor.

Benefits needs to change if they want to retain employees.
Management doesn't want you on a call for very long. They feel that results must be done in a certain amount time although some calls may take longer to get done. Or may require a call back to the client.
