The managers and project managers try to watch out for everyone and help if the can.
Everyone willingly jumps in to help when they can.
Freedom to work independently
General guidance is given. The employee is expected to use their own initiative to complete the assignments.
Communication from the top down needs improvement.
Office / Work Environment
Great work environment. Nice office and work space. Company paid lunches occasionally, seasonal offsite parties, company paid the D.C. Nat's baseball games, and other niceties.
You are expected to get the work done; but management won't run you into the ground.
It's an exciting and fulfilling place to work. always something new.

It's a somewhat diverse place to work but could be better. There is race discrimination or sexual harassment. Everyone is treated with respect.
