Suggestions for improvement
- Compensate employees who do a great job
They try to commend employees but favored employees do less to get recognition rather the land the hardest working employee.
Management shows favoritism toward other managers and employees that they know on a personal level.
The employees and management are on different pages. If the employees need management support it will not be there
There are NEVER enough employees to handle the call volume that comes in. Complaints about lack of number of employees never gets answered.
