Suggestions for improvement
- Advice to senior management – Completely re-structure, re-build, re-organize the entire sales process and put the right leaders with proven track record of managing senior sales executives in consulting/advisory space in charge. Show more appreciation for sales efforts and achievements of your team. Invest in having your corporate sales team meet at least once each quarter to exchange thoughts, to collaborate and to strategize together! That did not happen even once while I was there for about one year.
I like about the employer
Educational Environment. There are opportunities to learn many new areas with guidance and support from some of the senior Consultants (Managing Directors). Good HR support. I enjoyed working and getting to know my other team members in the same position. We had a great collaborative internal team culture that was driven by each team member’s effort but NOT by the senior management.
