- Train middle managers & hold them accountable for their mistakes or lack of involvement.
I like about the employer
Upper management and people at main office were always helpful and responsive.
I dislike about the employer
Middle managers coasted on the backs of lower level people at the supply centers. They did not take responsibility for their mistakes. They simply do not take the time to talk to employees at the supply centers.
