Support from management
Supervisors are in the same position as the call center people- they're trying to make sure they keep their jobs after the annual enrollment is over so the support is partial at best, IF you stay with the same supervisor. If not, you're just a person filling a seat
Very little communication with anyone other than the people that sit around you.
Freedom to work independently
If you're doing your job, you're very autonomous. You could go for days without really talking to your supervisor.
