Morale is terrible
Support from Management
Employees have little belief in management. Its felt as though they speak without answering any questions
They hold monthly meetings to update the staff on the industy market and company outlook.
A lot of favortism and cliques
I used to be. They do yearly employee surveys. You can tell when the surveys are due to be released because the company will hold some event a few weeks before (ice cream social, paintball, etc.). People feel its a bribe to get good feedback on the survey
