They don't really know any of their employees because they don't care.
Only because we as the employees communicate with each other.
Freedom to work independently
I've been working for them for over a year. They knew my background before they hired me. I've had no incidents and am a very good employee. They won't give me another client and actually put me off for over a month and a half because they were waiting for the rules to change. So now if something goes wrong with my client I'm out of a job.
