What a joke. They want you to have standards, integrity. But don't display any themselves.
Support from management
There is no 'open door' policy. They repeat things said in confidence.
They preach teamwork. But because of the favoritism in the company...there are many 'teams/clicks'
Lack of....to put it kindly.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Fake. Several 'Clay' faces in the company.
