What a joke. They want you to have standards, integrity. But don't display any themselves.
Support from management
There is no 'open door' policy. They repeat things said in confidence.
They preach teamwork. But because of the favoritism in the company...there are many 'teams/clicks'
Lack of....to put it kindly.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Fake. Several 'Clay' faces in the company.
They offer it...but if you are not one of the chosen ones, (click), they will find an excuse not to promote you.
None. They want you to be married to the company. They could care less about you are your family.
Suggestions for improvement
- Realize that no matter how big you get. If you use people as a stepping stone on your way to the top....God will always find a way to bring you down. #behumble
What I like about the company
I took pride in their core values....in the beginning. But soon became ashamed to say where I worked. They definently dont practice what they preach !
What I dislike about the company
The gossiping. Merit is rewarded based on favoritism. Upper management is never reprimanded for their actions. It just gets swept under the rug.
