Suggestions for improvement
- Look at the performance of each employee, and how much work they are doing for the department and not so much at to whether they like you personally, and promote on merit and not because you know they personal issues or consider the employee to be a friend.
What I like about the company
Just the co-workers.
What I dislike about the company
Management does not reward hard workers for work they put in. Bonus' and raises are distributed solely on whether the managers like you personally, not whether you work hard or not. The Manager I worked for stated, everyone likes me, virtually with tears in her eyes. Not that the employees respected her for her managerial skills. A manager should not have so much desire to be "liked" as much as being respected for being fair, honest, and just in business decisions.
