What I like

The name.

What I dislike

The beginning, middle & end of my employment was abysmal. Not worth the hassle.

Suggestions for improvement

Unionize or stay away. If you even mention the word ‘union’ you will be disciplined or terminated.

If you are a robot, the work environment is fair. Definitely needs support for the average worker. Brutal & possibly illegal worker environment.

Work-Life Balance

4 days of non-stop motion. 1 day of sleep; 2 days to hate your life.

Support from management

Zero leadership support. Even after two years of service.

Freedom to work independently

Extreme digital Micro-management. Your scanner will fire you via mail, if your rates drop.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Have zero use for experienced or tenured employees. Do not ask questions, or face discipline. 3 write ups, you’re fired.

Office / Work Environment

Zero chairs in the entire building.

Workplace Safety

Focus on speed, not quality.

Overall compensation for your work

Rewarded poorly in an overly-competitive environment.

Job Security

Robotics will replace all human workers within months.

Company Image

Looks great! Terrible place to work.

Career Development

Slow to zero growth. And you get $15/hr wether your first day or tenth year: No raises forever!

Challenging Work

Too challenging for the standard human.

Company Culture

Internal Communication

Inclusive / Diverse

Gender Equality

Environmental Friendliness

Handicapped Accessibility
